Canvas Winter Pilot Interest Form

To participate in the Winter 2013 pilot of Canvas, please provide your name and the Course Record Number (CRN) for each of your courses where you plan to use Canvas.

We will be accepting approximately 100 faculty participants for this phase of the pilot. An initial recommendation concerning Western’s possible adoption of Canvas is due in January 2013. Pilot faculty will be asked to respond to surveys throughout the quarter to help advise for a possible transition.
