If you have problems relating to logging into Blackboard or other technical problems, please contact the ATUS help desk and they will be able to assist you with your problems.
Office hours for Academic Year are:
Monday through Thursday - 8:00am to 10:00pm;
Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm;
Saturday - 12noon to 5:00pm;
Sunday - 12noon to 10:00pm.
Office Hours for Summer Quarter and Between Quarters are:
Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Please contact Web Help if you have any problems with using Blackboard or if you are referred to us via the help desk. Most of your problems, including password related issues, can be resolved by the help desk. We are generally available by phone from the hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on weekdays. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please send an e-mail to Web Help and we will generally get back to you within 24 hours.
