Western currently provides printing to enrolled students in general university computer labs, the Student Technology Center, and some departmental labs.
Due to the current budget situation, student "free" printing will be reduced for the 2011-2012 academic year and transitioned to a pay-for-print program. Student printing is not paid through Student Technology Funds.
Print funds can be added using cash or VISA or Mastercard. Funds deposited by cash or credit will be available as long as you are enrolled.
Cash deposits can be made at the locations below. No additional fees are charged. The entire deposit is credited to the paid print balance.
Amounts from $5 to $40 can be securely deposited to your WWU paid print balance using VISA or MasterCard. A credit card transaction fee of $1.00 is charged with each deposit. This fee is the amount charged to the university by the bank and credit card service provider. Cash deposits with no transaction fees can be made at the three physical print deposit stations listed above.

A refund may be requested the quarter of graduation or withdrawal from Western by emailing HelpDesk@wwu.edu from your WWU email account ( @students.wwu.edu) prior to Friday of Finals Week. Include your first and last name and W# in the request. Refunds will be deposited into your student account two to three weeks after the end of the quarter.
