6/19/2013 at 4:00 PM: Student Email Migration to Office365 In Progress
As a Western student, your existing Microsoft Live@edu student account is being migrated to a Microsoft Office 365 for education student account. Until this migration process completes for all students, you may find that you are not able to login to your Student Email.
The ATUS Help Desk personnel provide professional computer assistance via the web, email, telephone, or in-person. We will either resolve your problem, research it and report back to you, or escalate it to the appropriate staff member for resolution.
