IMAP Settings for Faculty/Staff Email

There are many mail clients that can connect to WWU's Exchange mail server using IMAP. Below are the settings required to connect an IMAP client to the server.

Incoming Mail Server Settings

• Connection Type: IMAP
• Server Name: web.cms.wwu.edu
• Port: 993
• Requires SSL: Yes
• Login: your Universal login
• Password: your Universal password

Outgoing Mail Server Settings

• Server Name: smtp.wwu.edu
• Port: 587
• Requires SSL: Yes
• Requires Authentication: Yes
• Login: your Universal login
• Password: your Universal password
