The ATUS Help Desk personnel provide professional computer assistance via the web, email, telephone, or in-person. We will either resolve your problem, research it and report back to you, or escalate it to the appropriate staff member for resolution.
Special Information for the Student Email Changes
Not receiving email after you clicked the Upgrade button? Make sure you are signing in to your NEW @wwu.edu mailbox and not your old @students.wwu.edu mailbox. If you see all of your old email, you are still signed in to your old mailbox. The following links will help you get connected:
