If you are logged into Mac OS X using your WWU universal account, when you open Outlook, it will try to Autodiscover your mailbox. Simply open Outlook and select Next when prompted.
If Autodiscover fails to find your mailbox, follow these steps.
1. Open Outlook 2011 for Mac, go to "Outlook" (in the top left of your screen, next to the black apple icon) > Preferences.
Click on the "Accounts" tab:
2. In the lower-left corner, click the add (+) button
3. Enter the following information and click add account
a.) E-mail address: "first_name.Last_name@wwu.edu"
b.) Method: User Name and Password
c.) User name: wwu\ "your universal username"
d.) Password: "your universal password"
e.) Configure automatically: NO, leave unchecked
f.) Server: exchange.cms.wwu.edu
Close the preferences window. Outlook should now start populating your inbox with the e-mails currently there.
