Multimedia Services
New digital multimedia, new distribution methods and new ways to engage students with digital media have supplanted many traditional media technologies. Our Multimedia Offices work alongside specialists in instructional design and web development to provide faculty and students with a wide range of instructional multimedia.
Assistance is available in the following areas.
Graphic and Design Services
- preparing print-based documents as digital media
- designing graphics for handouts, publications and presentations
- preparing imagery for research articles and academic posters
- designing animations for classroom presentations and online
Video and Audio Services
- duplicating videotape and DVDs
- videotaping guest lectures, field experiences, and lab procedures
- repurposing video into CD-ROM, DVD or podcasts
- consulting with the production of new video resources
