Request for Microsoft Office 2003 to Work At Home
 
In order to obtain use Microsoft Office 2003 software for your WWU work at home, first you must read the Software License Agreement and then complete the Work At Home License Acceptance Form below, then request a borrowed CD to install the software. Please understand that this software is to be used for Campus-related purposes at home. You are not licensed to use the software at home for personal purposes. Only full-time faculty and staff who are the primary users of a computer at work with Microsoft Office 2003 installed may obtain this Work At Home use right.

If you do not already have Microsoft Office 2003 installed at work, you can install it by going to http://west.wwu.edu/atus/office/office2003.aspx
 
If you have a different version of Office (2000 or 2002/XP) at work, and would like to request the same version for home, list the version in the comments on the form.
 
Installation CD Request
If you have met all of the conditions in the above agreement and submitted it, then you may borrow a CD to install the software.

Please install and return the CD promptly to the ATUS Help Desk, HH 123, MS 9097 so that it may be available to others.

To request a loaner CD, indicate the method of delivery at the bottom of the form.
