You have the ability to filter out SPAM messages in your MyWestern email. This page will show you how to block certain email senders, whitelist valid emails, and manage your quarantine and junk mail folders.
To whitelist a message that is going into your Quarantine folder that is not SPAM, all you need to do is click the Whitelist This Sender link at the top of the message.

After clicking this link, you will receive the following confirmation message:

Click OK, and the email address of the sender will be “Whitelisted” so that any mail coming from that address will not be marked as SPAM, but instead just go right to your Inbox.
To block an email address, you can click the Block Sender (name@domain.com) link under Options at the top of the message.

After clicking the link you will receive a confirmation. Click OK and the sender will be blocked.
