Video or Audio Production
Video Services can produce quality digital video productions to your specifications using our state-of-the-art equipment. If your project requires scriptwriting, storyboarding or other pre-production services, we can provide them. We offer single and multi-camera video recording in the field or in the ATUS TV Studio (Miller Hall 186). Our productions utilize both linear and digital non-linear video editing systems. We can also handle audio recording needs.
Video Services can also help you produce your own productions. In addition to a wide range of consulting expertise, we provide individual and group instruction to faculty or staff in video camera usage and editing. We can even provide group student instruction in these areas as well. We are proficient in teaching webstreaming, podcasting, and other new media delivery methods. Just tell us what you need.
If your production is to be a part of a WWU course, Video Services offers course content design assistance in combination with the ATUS Instructional Designer.
• We offer expertise with the project’s distribution phase.
• We can bulk duplicate to both VHS tape and DVD disc.
• We can transmit your project via the on-campus cable system.
• We can encode your project for internet delivery or webstreaming.
Video Services can help you finish your productions. We offer training so you can do the work yourself or our staff can do the work for you to your specifications. Video Services utilizes both linear and digital non-linear video editing systems.
We provide individual and group instruction to faculty or staff in both PC and Mac-based video editing. We can also provide group student instruction in these areas.
Services that we provide will incur a charge for materials and other hard costs. In addition, a charge for labor will be added for self-supported or non-University related clients. See the Video Services pricing sheet for more information.
