Universal Password
This is the password for the Universal Username used to login to Novell, Outlook, MyWWU / MyWestern , Outlook Web Access (Exchange), personal workstations*, the Virtual Private Network (VPN), the Wireless Network and Titan. Web4u PIN
To change your Personal Identification Number (PIN), please login to Web4u and choose Personal Information. This PIN along with your WesternID (W#) provides access to Web4u.
Banner Password
(High Security)
This password, along with your Universal Username, governs access to Banner and the Data Warehouse.
*Note on Non-Standard Configurations for Personal Workstations
If your department does not domain its workstations, your workstation will likely go out of synch with your universal password after you change your password. Please work with your departmental techs to get your workstation added to the WWU domain. For more information see Non-Standard WWU Configurations.
