What areas are we involved in?
Simply put we support academic use of the web. This includes web applications such as Blackboard, MyWestern, formal websites such as the main Western web site and departmental web Sites, and informal web work such as faculty and staff personal sites on MyWeb.
What kind of work do we do in these areas?
We create and archive Blackboard courses for you each semester, we maintain a Web Help phone / email support line, we write and maintain software for departments, we advise on web coding and design standards and provide templates, we teach, we write instructive articles, we look for new web products to support academic needs...
