Colors have been defined by the Branding Committee. In addition to the standard Western Blue, a light blue and three spot colors have been identified. Transparencies of any of the colors are also allowed as spot colors. This means that you still want the predominant color to be the standard Western Blue (outlined below at top left) at 100%, but you may use the other colors in any transparency for spot (accent) colors.
