To Reserve a Computer Lab…

There is a new email address to receive General University Computer Lab reservations. It is ATUS.labreservations@wwu.edu. And, coming soon, an online form will be available at www.wwu.edu/labreservations.

When making a reservation request, please include the following information:

• Instructor's name, department and phone number;
• Course title and section number;
• Number of students;
• PC or Mac computers;
• Software required;
• Start and end times;
• Recurrence dates or pattern;
• The building or room number if you have a lab preference.

If a request is received by Thursday of the week preceding the reservation, it can be included in the printed schedule that is posted outside the lab. This helps prevent students trying to get their work done from being surprised by a class session in the lab.

Please note that specialized software requests should be submitted at least three weeks prior to the start of the quarter in which the software will be needed. A list of software available in general university labs is available at www.wwu.edu/labsoftware.
