| Description: Collection containing approximately 32,000 aerial photographs, and indices to aerial flights dated approximately 1930-1970. The bulk of flights document areas in Western Washington including Whatcom County, Mt. Baker and surrounding areas, although the collection includes representative sets from areas across the United States.
CPNWS staff are working presently to catalog the images and indices. The collection is open to the public, although we recommend that researchers contact CPNWS in advance to discuss their inquiries and request images.
This collection was formerly housed at Huxley Map Library and was transferred to CPNWS in Summer 2011. |
