| Description: The wooden stern wheeler "Fairhaven" with a few poeple visible on board. The Fairhaven measured 130' x 26.5' and was built in 1889. She first was owned by the La Conner Trading & Transportation Co. and ran daily from Seattle to Whidbey and La Conner with stops in Everett twice a week. In 1906 she was bought by Island Transportation Co. and ran from Seattle to Anacortes. Was badly damaged in 1907 in a wind storm while attempting to dock at Coupville.
