Except for changes in the landscaping, the exterior of the house remains unchanged today (2003). | |||

Back caption: "American National Bank. So. Bell. Nov 3, 1925." In 1925, the President of American National Bank was I. J. Adair; V.Presidents were Cyrus Gates and Everett B. Deming.
