||Do you know what your triggers are? Do you know what effective feedback sounds like? Do you know how to decipher an emotional message appropriately by reframing? These are some of the tools of communication supervisors will learn about in Communication and Successful Conflict Resolution. This course is a must for being able to make those conversations easier.
In this course we will cover:
• Giving and receiving feedback effectively
• Learning to separate issues and interests
• Reframing emotional statements
• Knowing our triggers and how to react to them
• Knowing how to recognize triggers in others
||The objective of this course is to provide supervisors with the tools needed to better communicate with their employees as well as to better handle communication in times of conflict.
||You must supervise one or more faculty members, professional staff or classified staff employees to register for this class.
