The young girl to the far right is Eleanor Willup with her mother Helen Sampson Willup Ross.

Tandy Wilbur Jr is wearing the light colored sweater. Joseph Joe (or Span Joe) is the man to Mr Wilbur's right wearing the dark coat. Partially obscured by the flowers is Mr. Joe's wife, Lucinda standing fourth to his right.
